A $60.00 application fee per applicant, $125.00 administrative fee and a tentative $200.00 or $300.00 deposit per applicant (Deposit based on unit).

Yes! We offer anywhere from 3 to 14 month lease terms.  Month-to-month is also available after a 3-month minimum lease is fulfilled.

We require 72 hours to cancel applications to receive your original deposit back. Application and administrative fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after 72 hours, you will not receive your deposit back.

Rent is due between the 1^st and the 5^th of each month. Rent is considered late on the 6^th and later.

Payments are made online via the resident portal. We accept debt, credit and direct deposit.

Yes, there is a %5 of your rent late fee applied after the grace period listed in your lease.

Trash and pest control are included in the rent price. Trash is not valet.

No, but we require all vehicles to be registered in the office.

Yes. They are a $50.00 deposit and $130.00 per month for rent.

No. We do not allow residents to reserve the clubhouse.

Packages are delivered to your door or may be dropped off at the clubhouse with resident pick-up.

Yes.Our community is pet‑friendly!

A one‑time pet fee of $200.00 per apartment and $100.00 pet deposit per pet with a maximum of two pets.

Dogs of a class with a known vicious or aggressive propensity such as Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds or Pit Bulls shall not be permitted on the premises. Exotic animals shall not be permitted on the premises.
